"Elaine helped so much to organise a surprise trip to London for me, mum and my nana. The hotel was so central to the tube and all major bus routes and we found our way round no bother. It was a good price for the 3 of us and included fast track tickets on to the London Eye and Madam Tussauds and even tickets to see Billy Elliot Musical. It was a great help and took on the strain of organising a trip off my shoulders and everything was done so quick and no waiting for replies. Would recommend using Elaine.
